Yes, absolutely. All our services are 100% private. You will not be sharing the car with any strangers—just you, your group, and your driver.

Does the price include petrol and parking fees?
Yes, our day-tour and transfer rates are all-inclusive of the car, driver, petrol, and parking fees. There are no hidden costs.

Booking and Communication

How do I book a ride or a tour?
We keep it super simple! You can ask questions, check availability, and book everything directly through WhatsApp. No complicated forms are required.

How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred vehicle and driver, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. However, feel free to text us for last-minute availability!

What happens after I message you on WhatsApp?
Our team will confirm your details (pickup time, location, and destination), give you a clear price quote, and once you agree, your booking is locked in. We will send you the driver's details before your trip.

Payment and Cancellation

How do I pay for the service?
You don’t need to pay anything upfront. Payment is made in cash (IDR/Indonesian Rupiah) directly to your driver. For transfers, you pay upon arrival at your destination. For day tours, you pay at the end of the trip.

Do you accept credit cards or online payments?
Currently, we only accept cash payments in IDR directly to the driver to keep the process quick and hassle-free.

Is there a cancellation fee?
No, we understand that travel plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking for free via WhatsApp. We just kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible.

Airport Transfers and Tours

How will I find my driver at Bali Airport (DPS)?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the airport arrival zone, holding a sign with your name on it. We will also share the driver's name and contact info via WhatsApp beforehand so you can easily spot them.

What if my flight to Bali is delayed?
Don't worry! We track your flight status online. Your driver will adjust their arrival time accordingly, and there are no extra charges for flight delays.

Can I choose my own itinerary for a day tour?
Yes, you are the boss! Our full-day tours are completely customizable. You can plan your own route, or you can ask our professional drivers for recommendations on the best spots to visit.
